{UAH} Former minister Okumu Ringa thrown out house

Folks;

 

I'm at a loss to understand the source of this man's pain. His brief bio says he's a prominent business. So, why did he default on his rent for four years?

 

I know he's not alone, but that does not help matters when government officials refuse to learn how earn a living outside of the goverment.
