{UAH} I'm old but my brain is fresh, says Museveni

Folks;

 

Mr. Museveni is in denial here, and ends up confirming that his "fresh brain" is actually stale when he tries to explain why he won't accept new ideas!

 

My beef with him is not his age, but his method and intention for ruling Uganda.
