{UAH} An impotent African Union watches as killings continue in South Sudan

Folks;

As usual, the writer captures the helpless that the African Union offers to helpless Africans. AU only comes to near action when one of their own is cornered for the same level of mayhem that is now developing in South Sudan, CAR and DRC.

At least President Museveni saw it right to move in and help rescue the situation the best he can.
