There has been a major fire in Quebec, Quebec Provincial Police is confirming a massive fire in a seniors residence in Eastern Quebec, L’lsles-Verte to be exact. This is about 30Kms East of Riviere-Du-Loup to those that know the province. Three people are of now confirmed dead and 30 are missing or uncounted for. Which brings us to a twit on Miami Beach Police Department’s official twitter page where a statement has been posted that a 19 year old has been arrested this morning for drag racing, and he identified himself as Justin Bieber.
