Against medical advice; we, who still have brain cells to think, (as opposed to the wilfully ignorant) know it's a waste of time to subject Paul Kagame to psychiatric evaluation. We have long ago diagnosed Paul Kagame as a psychopathic criminal.

The real contention has been the appropriate medication to administer to relieve Rwanda from this psychiatric maniac. Rwandans have tried all kinds of peaceful medication, to the extent that they have wasted their evolution time on diplomatic medication, but to no veil as all prescriptions are wrong. 

Diplomacy has its place, but not from a position of weakness. RPF started its diplomatic offensive 1991 on the point of strength and that is why the late Juvenal Habyarimana conceded on main critical issues. CNDD/FDD in Burundi started their diplomatic offensive in 1995 at the point of strength against the Pierre Buyoya government that conceded to negotiate with all opposition political parties.  Other case studies are that of RDC, CNDP, M23, SPLA, UNITA etc. All these movements were able to reach to their respective political settlements because they first applied arms struggle medication and later diplomacy. 

For those Rwandan opposition leaders who spend their time preaching on internet radios and releasing silly statements indicating that the RPF government will be changed through peaceful means and demonstrations; please be real. A bloodless revolution is impossible to take place in Rwanda, the dictator has planted killers everywhere and to uproot these killers, force has to be used.

As Paul Kagame once said that, "I came through blood and I will leave through blood. You use a hammer to heat a nail and you also use a hammer to remove a nail."  For those sects that call themselves political parties, that dream for a bloodless revolution (revolution itamena amaraso), what I can say is good luck to you. Those great politicians who have tried this medication are rotting in Rwandan prisons. 

FDLR-RNC/FDU the fear that keeps Kagame a wake.

Background:

When Patrick Karegeya fled the country to South Africa in august 2007, Paul Kagame and his inner circle panicked because they knew that Patrick Karegeya was in prevue on many dirty dossiers, both on Kagame's human right and economic crimes. That is why Paul Kagame came out to denounce and discredit Patrick Kagereya as a mole who has been working for the South African intelligence services.

Reliable sources within Rwanda's external intelligence have told Ikaze Iwacu that, when Patrick Karegeya fled the country. Kagame called an emergency security meeting of intelligence operatives that included Col. Gatete Karuranga, Dan Munyuza, Col. Emmanuel Ndahiro, Gen. Kazura Jean Bosco and Gen Jack Nziza. During this meeting criminal Kagame told his spy chiefs that Patrick Karegeya is the number one enemy of the state and he should be eliminated at all cost using all available means.

This reliable informer continued to tell Ikaze Iwacu that, "since 2007 Kagame's spies have tried to track Patrick Karegeya for elimination to no success, the man is always a head of us and we are always doing the catch up."     

Within DMI (Rwnda Security Services) circle Col. Patrick Karegeya is known as "ghost 2", while Gen. Mudacumura is known as "ghost 1". These nick names were given to both Karegeya and Mudacumura for their ability to evade DMI's killing squads that have been tracking both men.

DMI sources told Ikaze Iwacu that once Patrick Karegeya arrived in South Africa he started intergrating very quickly with Rwandan community in South Africa and he developed a close friendship with senior South African officials and this raised eye brows in Kigali. This DMI officer said that, "Patrick is approachable and friendly to all types of people. Within few months in South Africa, we were receiving information that he is already in contact with FDLR liaison officers in South Africa, and he had created a net of close protection around himself which was hard to penetrate."   

Since Patrick Karegeya fled, Rwanda's criminal dictator Paul Kagame has killed, tortured and imprisoned any one either related or perceived to be in contact with Karegeya; even women haven't been spared. Paul Kagame has personally ordered the killings of John Bosco Rutayisire Karegeya's relative, Madame Kayitesi and his Cousins imprisoned.

Even Gen. James Kabarebe's sister in-law Scola Mudenge who has been living in South Africa for the last 15 years hasn't survived Paul Kagame's wrath; for only being a friend to Patrick Karegeya's family, now she is a true refugee in South Africa living under constant fear. 

Bad luck struck again to RPF's criminal government when Gen. Kayumba Nyamwasa joined Col. Patrick Karegeya at the end of February 2010. Reliable sources within Village Urugwiro have also told Ikaze Iwacu that when Kayumba Nyamwasa fled the country in February 2010, Paul Kagame called James Kabarebe for an emergency meeting and our monster accused Kabarebe for helping Kayumba Nyamwasa; an angry Paul Kagame slapped and kicked James Kabarebe. That is how Paul Kagame treats his generals!!!   

The DMI dossier:

"Afande Pissy is currently living under fear, he hardly moves around the Country. For example our advanced team of 40 presidential guard soldiers, since Thursday have been guarding the polling station place where Kagame is supposed to be voting for the Member of Parliament election." A presidential guard soldier told Ikaze Iwacu.

This place was surrounded by many presidential guards during many days

Ikaze Iwacu has been researching to why criminal Paul Kagame is invisible around political scenes in Rwanda, the man that loves to show off is now operating underground with total fear around him. 

A senior operational officer in DMI told Ikaze Iwacu that Afande is pre occupied with trying and planning to destroy an enemy who is becoming more resilient. All these grenades that are being thrown around Kigali are parts of Kagame's plans to discredit an enemy that is becoming strong. He continued to tell Ikaze Iwacu that criminal Paul Kagame is totally scared of the following:

• DMI has been telling Paul Kagame that Col. Karegeya and Gen. Kayumba Nyamwasa have developed an excellent working relationship with senior FDLR officers. Before she was discovered by Rwandese refugees in Congo Brazzaville as a DMI agent, Seraphine Mukantabana personally confirmed this information to Paul Kagame. 

• The RNC-FDU forum has been a sticking thorn to Kigali's criminal, as usual criminal Kagame loves to hear that opposition is divided. This DMI agent told Ikaze Iwacu that when Hutus are smearing FDLR; and Kagame happens to hear about this he laughs about it, and when the smear is against Kayumba or Karegeya the man celebrates.   

• DMI has been telling criminal Paul Kagame that there is a close relationship between RNC/FDU with senior FDLR politicians. • The failure of DMI to tarnish the Image of the new generation of FDLR commanders has created headache within Kagame's inner circle. This DMI officer said for a year now we have tried to pin these new patch of Hutu FDLR commanders to any crime but we have failed. 90% of them left the country as teenagers.  That is why Kagame had to come out on the 30th of June to criminise all Hutus; it was a speech to target these new commanders.

• Paul Kagame was shocked to learn that after his missed assassination on Kayumba Nyamwasa, senior FDLR officials visited Kayumba Nyamwasa at the hospital. The external intelligence told criminal Kagame that Patrick Karegeya and Frank Ntwali, Kayumba Nyamwasa's brother in-law had been working as coordinators in organising a credible challenge against Kagame. That is why Kagame ordered for Frank Ntwali to be killed, thus leading to the near miss assassination on his life.

• The DMI also briefed criminal Paul Kagame that Patrick Karegeya and Kayumba Nyamwasa are in daily contact with Gen. Achille Musenyeri the overall chief of staff of FDLR, and this information has made Kagame's paranoia hit the roof.

• The  DMI has also been briefing  criminal Paul Kagame that Gen Ntawugunka Omega Pacifique Israel the FDLR commander of northern Kivu and Col. Jobs and Col. Nicholas the southern Kivu FDLR commanders have been meeting RNC operatives in Kivu region. This DMI agent told Ikaze Iwacu that Kagame is in the state of panic.

• DMI's external operatives have also briefed Paul Kagame that there is close relationship between Banyamulenge officers like Col. Ruohimbira, Col. Eric Bizimana, Gen. Pacifique Masunzu of FARDC; with FDLR, Kayumba Nyamwasa and PatricK Karegeya.

•  Kagame was also told that the June M23/RDF defeat was due to the operations conducted by General Pacifique Masunzu, Gen. Omega Pacifique, Col. Caleb and RNC operatives.

• That is why Kagame tried again to attack FARDC in August only to lose more territory, and is now planning to attack again to dislodge his enemies who are becoming a more formidable force.

• Kagame is also scared of the relationship between Patrick Karegeya and President Jakaya Kikwete. Both men have been friends since the University, and were roommates at University. In 2009 Criminal Kagame personally warned president Kikwete against inviting Patrick Karegeya to Tanzanian state house; but president Kikwete told Kagame that he knew Karegeya before him, and Karegeya is a family friend. This relationship is totally bothering the Village Urugwiro monster.  

• DMI agents also told Ikaze Iwacu that "DMI has been trying to contact these young FDLR Hutu commanders so that they may be bought off or work as their informers, but we have totally failed.
  
• We no longer have solid information about FDLR, FARDC and RNC plans in eastern Congo; we are only getting sketch info.
•  For example we only hear that Karegeya is always in Kinshasa but we don't have specific informations. All this has made Kagame to be desperate in his actions."

• Kagame is having sleepless nights, as his been told by his field Commanders in Congo that FDLR and RNC elements are very well armed, and it's a matter of time before they attack Rwanda. This DMI agent also said that the Country is bankrupt as we are spending millions of dollars in counter intelligence gathering and paying off fake informers who give us wrong information.

• The biggest scare for Kagame is the confidence of President Joseph Kabila; President Kabila has maturely grown politically and has out manoeuvred criminal Kagame. President Kabila is no longer scared of Kagame, the fear factor has diminished. 

• Kagame is also in the dark as his external spies in Europe have failed to track down the movements of Jonathan Musonera, Paulin Murayi, Nkiko Nsengimana, Sixbert Musangafura and FDLR leaders. This DMI agents told Ikaze Iwacu that these men have been doing their operations secretly and we have tried to recruit their close friends and relatives to spy them on DMI's behalf but to no success, they are becoming elusive. We have also paid people to destroy these men politically but with no single success.

• Kagame is also furious and blaming his spies, for spending a lots of money on paying individuals yet they haven't succeeded in destroying FDLR, FDU and RNC. This senior DMI agent said that even in America we have failed to track opposition leaders, especially the movement of RNC and FDLR leaders operating in America and Canada.

• Kagame is totally under fear that is why he is throwing grenades at his own people and then telling his euphoric minister Louise Mushikiwabo to go out lying and; blaming FDLR and the elements in South Africa. "Obviously every Rwandans know who throws these grenades, even Louise Mushikiwabo knows that it's Kagame," said this DMI agent.  

Ikaze Iwacu contacted an FDLR senior officer about Louise Mushikiwabo's accusations that FDLR and elements in South Africa have been throwing grenades in Kigali and this is what he said, "Kagame for years has been using his mai mai militias like mai mai Cheka and Rai Mutomboke to rape women, and other crimes so as to tarnish the FDLR image. For example mai mai Cheka with Rwandese Special Forces elements have been Killing people and calling themselves FDLR. So the new games coming from Kigali doesn't shock us, but thanks God now everyone knows the truth."

Ikaze Iwacu also contacted Jonathan Musonera of RNC about Louise Mushikiwabo's accusations on the grenades that have been killing people in Rwanda and he said that "Obviously that is the work of Kagame to scare the population and to divert the political difficulties the country is going through, just few weeks ago he was using M23/RDF to bomb and kill his own countrymen, he tried to lie that it was FARDC only for the UN, U.K, and USA to tell him that he was lying; and it's M23/RDF that has been bombing Rwanda. If you remember very well he killed many prostitutes in Kigali and blamed the killing on RNC and FDLR, this man is a genocidaire and a serial killer." On the issue of RNC working with Interahamwe as stated by Louise Mushikiwabo, Musonera told Ikaze Iwacu that "Interahamwes are in village urugwiro, and RNC has the right to talk and work with all sections of society that are being persecuted by the RPF regime."

Conclusion:

For those who are preaching for an angel to come and save Rwandans from Kagame and his RPF bandits, please know that every day innocent people are being Killed in Rwanda and around the world by criminal Kagame and his agents.

If the world had waited for an angel to remove Hitler, Hitler would have stayed in power indefinitely, if the world had waited for an angel to remove Saddam Hussein up to now Saddam would be still a president, if the world had waited for an angel to remove Kadhafi up to now Kadhafi would still be the president of Libya.
