{UAH} Many people are allergic to DUST mite hence the red eyes in Kampala

I have realised that many peoples eyes are red in reaction to dust.

Katonda never meant there to be dust in the air. That's why grass will grow on any ground/soil that is exposed (except ant hills).

Mengo and the Central Government must encourage people to pave their homes or grow grass.

There should be no bare soil in Cities and towns. Foot paths must be paved in Towns and cities.
