{UAH} South Sudanese R fighting over stealing Money

Many have stolen oil money to buy houses in Kenya and Uganda.

This is not morally right . i.e. for Uganda to allow thieves to buy houses in Uganda.

May pro accountability NGOs find out how many Sudan people have houses in Uganda and Kenya  and go to court to have the properties confiscated / sold and the money returned to the people of Sudan?

Kiir is having problems because he tried to stop the looting.

May a Ugandan serious journalist please review where most Sudanese Politicians live and their life styles. I hear most of them live in Uganda and kenya and keeping going to Sudan.
