{UAH} Museveni celebrates 28yrs without a sing record of achievement. What a shame

I cant believe some Ugandans still think Uganda would still be like in 70s had Museveni not come to power. Uganda would actuaaly be better today in Amin´s arm. Museveni fought to get to statehouse not to save us,That was the mistake we made to believe in him,I rather have a direct dictator who shall not hold elections than one who make us spend billions on a malpracticed elections for years and years. Money intentionally wasted on elections would uplift the health sector. Every year the budget of state house increase simply because his prolonged stay in power makes him more susceptible to assassin fear.

When NRA/M bush guerrilla captured Kampala, they found the Uganda Railways efficiently operating from Kampala to Kasese via Tooro.The dilapidated rail tracks of Uganda Railways were constructed in 1955, when the Western Extension was laid from Kampala to Kasese, via Kamwenge in Tooro, for cheap transportation of passengers and goods, contribute to the development of agriculture, extend the market size and most importantly provide source of employment. The passenger and cargo line from Kampala to Tooro collapsed down.
