{UAH} Museveni to judges: Don't provoke me

Folks;
President Museveni is at it again, this time threatening to handicap judges.
He is particularly incensed at the ease with which the bench releases treason suspects on bail, even if the law allows them such option.
May be, and I'm just speculating here, the judges, like the common wanainchi, are also convinced that the capital charges against the suspects are far fetched!
