{UAH} Regional armies not a solution

Dr. Nkozasana Dlamini-Zuma is not serious about finding a lasting solution to the ongoing wars in Africa that are impeding development in the continent. Forced peace is not a solution. If the African Union is really serious, they must first address the root causes of the wars in Africa. The main root cause of the wars is dictatorship. For example, some one like President Museveni of Uganda with 28 years in power. Is there no any other Ugandan that is capable of ruling the country other than Museveni if it is not dictatorship. Another one is Salvatore Kiir of South Sudan who wasn't elected, but came by default with an election that was conducted in an old united Sudan. The fact that 2015 will be the legitimate elections to determine the ruler in South Sudan, Kiir decided to play a dirty game by cooking up things in order to implicate his rivals and eliminate them. With all these dirty records yet you see them sitting in the African Union Convention claiming of finding a solution to African problems. What a hypocrisy, they themselves are the cause of all the problems. It is time that Dr. Dlamini-Zuma start to hold the head of African States responsible of their own actions. For example, limiting presidential terms, creating a body to oversee that judiciary systems are independent from the executive all over the continent and other issues that can facilitate smooth democratic systems in the continent.
Ganging up to crush a rebellion is not a solution to the wars in the continent, but an act of protecting dictators through pretense of constitutionalism defense. Such actions bring shame to the African Union which is seen as a union for breading dictators.
