1. The Electoral Commission has received funds from The Government of Uganda to be used for the acquisition of Consultancy for Developing and Commissioning of a Web Based Monitoring And Evaluation System.

2. The Electoral Commission invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Consultancy for Developing and
Commissioning of a Web Based Monitoring And Evaluation System.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
