{UAH} UGANDAN TROOPS FIGHTING IS SS ON THE GOVERNMENT SIDE!!

I am reading now on the Swedish SVT textthat Ugandan troops are fighting on the ss government side.

What I don't get clearly is why they do not talk about the organization or convergence that vowed to fight together. What was it, that East African development organization?

So, now Uganda goes it alone? And, what of the negotiator role?
