Ugandan commanders risk ICC wrath as this type arrangment has not been officially given a green light in international law that governs such operations. General Wamala must know that over 2000 people have now died and if UPDF is found to have been involved in crimes like what Bemba forces did in CAR the ICC and those who have been looking for some people in Uganda will latch on that and take some commanders of UPDF to ICC in The Hague. This conflict could have been resolved through dialogue because even if you kill Dr. Riek Machar , or President Salva Kirr wins South Sudan will need reconciliation. The degree of violence is worrying most of us who would wish in a peaceful region. The number civilians dead has reached a threshold of international investigations so our leaders should be very careful displaying such images. Iam really shocked about the PR of UPDF!
