 Oh, so Hell has indeed broken loose the way it often does at poor preparations, heh!

GOOD NEWS IS THE FACES OF THE MEN (!!!!) UNDRESSING THE LADY ARE CLEARLY CAPTURED

BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER. 

They do not look like law enforcement officers 

on any official duty to undress hgirls on mini skirts.

So, now they can be charged.The real police

should set examples so the mob understands better than to take the law in their hands.

Again, what arrangement is there by the state to compensate women for mini?

It is normal procedure in modern societies

(Uganda often boasts about approaching middle income bla bla). So, how about clothes allowance when replacing mini?!?!?

You know, batter mini for "Better wear", so to say.

The mere fact that police are already receiving reports that women are being stripped naked bodes more dangers to the Ugandan woman going forward.

 

Laws have consequences, and in this one, Parliament has handed hooligans the license to torment helpess women.
