Otyoo, there is Luganda discription for homosexuality? Well-o-well-o, what does that imply? Wonder if that does not imply that the practice existed among the Baganda too?!

Uganda must have a law against bum sex otherwise we may have a third of men in this country with leaky anal orifices in the next15 years, prevention is better than cure.

However, I think the authors of the report became political when they say that it is not an abnormality. I agree with their proposals that it needs to be regulated and this is the reason we have the Anti-Gay Bill. I believe, instead of imprisonment, for offenders, we should focus on rehabilitation. Gayism, like bestiality, incest etc is a bad sexual orientation and those guilty need rehabilitation and moral support!
