I think the headline writer missed a golden opportunity to caricature Museveni here. It should have read; "Want another wife?" Yee Sevo!" And Museveni would wildly approve of it.

 

What's the source of this pre-occupation with sex that has suddenly afflicted our leaders? We need sex psychologists, of the caliber of William Masters  and Virginia Johnson, to diagnose this virus.
