According to information supplied by Hon. Col. Amama Mbabazi, Major
Biganja was one of the senior most officers of NRA in 1986. Other than
that, nothing more is said about the deceased officer. Splittings of
info show he died around 1993 when he drowned at Owen Falls dam.
Anybody with details on his life, role in the struggle and how exactly
he encountered his demise?
