{UAH} AS EDWARD POJIM PLEADS FOR MUSEVENI TO MILITARISE THE REGION

Friends

It is not about going personal at Pojim, there are just some reasoning’s he does that make critical thinkers like myself cry real tears. This is how Museveni has screwed up our country but screwed up Northern Uganda. Look in the eyes of this kid and learn the suffering Museveni has planted into Uganda. And after you read this, think about the idiots pleading to be women MPs and those pleading that Museveni must militarize the entire region for he is building democracy.  Look in the eyes of this kid Edward Pojim and wonder if your kid can firkin carry it on her head then plead violence to these people

Museveni is a man defending democracy my back side.

In Summary

Project involves Uganda pumping water from River Namrwodho that originates from DR Congo
into areas that face water shortage.

Nebbi- The government is set to sign an agreement with DR-Congo officials before a Shs40 billion water
project at Alwi Dry Corridor starts in Nebbi District.

While handing over the site to contractors, the director of water and development, Eng Aaron Kabiziri,
said before anything is done on the River Namrwodho, an agreement must be reached with DR-Congo. The
river, from is where the water will be pumped, originates from the DR Congo.

Mr Kabirizi said the trans-boundary agreement with Congo would help bridge any political and
international disagreement which may arise.

“The source of River Nile is in Uganda but if there is any development on its banks we are approached
by Egypt on control of the water level. So, there is need to consult our neighbour from Congo on water
use,” Mr Kabirizi said.

He said gravity flow water project, expected to be complete in two years, is meant to serve 13 sub-
counties in Nebbi.

Residents normally face water shortage when streams and boreholes dry up.
The Chief Administrative Officer, Mr Alia Seraphine, told locals to own the project to alleviate the
annual water crisis.

He also advised contractors to avoid shoddy work and finish it on time.
The State Minister for Finance, Mr Fred Jacan Omach, said there should be equal distribution of the
water resource.

He adds ministry must train district personals and community’s stake holders to monitor this water
project to avoid shoddy work.
