We are being informed that New York Police have arrested 4 suspected Heroin dealers in connection with the death of Philip Seymour Hoffman. NYPD raided an  address when are asleep in Manhattan after allegedly receiving a tip that the man who sold Hoffman the Heroine was inside. The 4 are being interviewed right now and it is not clear if the dealer that sold it is among them.
