One of the most sober judgments I ever came across in my lengthy
lifetime. Chief magistrate Nambayo has exhibited grasp, culture,
humanism and professionalism. The convict must be happy. The President
should exercise his prerogative and pardon him for he knew not what he
was doing. Damn the rebel MPs! R.I.P Nebanda!
