Nice one but who owns it?This Mall is opposite Capital Fm Building. The roads have been paved. that's Cooper road adjacent Capital Radio the former Kisementi Parking lot opposite the former Crocodile restaurant that's not Kololo. its Kamwokya but the owners prefer to call it Kololo because it gives it more value than Kamwokya..thats marketing language. There is even a fountain in front of this building.

A closer look at this gingatic building makes u believe the theories of Congo gold and timber are true!In 2008 the Aga Khan Foundation tried to buy this place to resettle the Kololo Mosque.........They were told to back off as even the plans were already in Blue Print!. Rumour has it the building is owned by the first lady.
