Anyone could have told before the case started how most of the judges would rule. This case was certainly predetermined before the hearing begun.
But language of some of the members of the bench was shocking.Even if Justice Faith Mwondha wanted to be distinct in her judgment, it did not call for such foul language; "wild aliens" really!
If left no doubt about some of their prejudices but also confirmed the fears of many one of the Judges, famous for an appearance of a local TV Friday satire show, might actual be more than just comical.I fear for the judiciary. The cadre judges are steadily sending it to the gutter.
