{UAH} Does Uganda STILL need the ministry of ethics and integrity??

And he is a Man Of Cloth? He's truly a Devil reincarnate! He justifies rape of women and children by showing his abhorrence for homosexuality. What a sick individual!Worth noting that he was excommunicated by Pope Benedict. So apparently besides being an absolute disgusting beast, he's fallaciously hanging on to a religious title that doesn't belong to him, I suppose to give him "credence" with the religious people in his country.

NO !! Its never Natural!! its a very bad crime and the punishment should be instant killing of the Rapist in Public. No well educated and a literate person in Uganda would ever make that kind of a statement let alone a minister.

Does Uganda need the ministry of ethics and integrity?? I remember a former minister, in this case a female minister, propagating for the castration if some men !!! Isn't it time for the disbandment of this useless ministry and the money put to better use such as improving the ailing hospitals???? Let UAH petition to change his title from Minister of Ethics by replacing the first letter'M' with 'S' and he will fit in perfectly.
