{UAH} Gen. Benon Biraaro with a very short bio for political career.

The General has given his date of birth but does not say where he was born. Hailing from Isingiro district does not mean he was born there.

He states that he has a degree in political science from Makerere University. He should  give the date when he entered and graduated, and also provide schools from primary one to the time he entered Makerere University.

If Biraaro is a unionist why does he allow others to brand him a federalist? Are the two mutually exclusive?

What policies are incorporated into his "Peace and Unity Party" manifesto which give an  idea on the depth and breadth of his understanding of issues in domestic and external fields.

As an officer in the military for his career to date, how does he plan to govern differently from generals Amin and Museveni whose records have been very disappointing? What steps does Benon plan to take to transit quickly from giving orders to his junior officers to listening to public views?

Biraaro, should give Ugandans a comprehensive resume so they can critique him adequately.
