 I’ll Resume Mayor’s Seat.I am the only person who can bring about change in Kampala in terms of development. Politics is not about exchanging words with the executive director like what my friend, Erias Lukwago, is doing. I don’t want these young dirty politicians. I can’t handle them unless they are willing to change
