{UAH} Letter bomb sent to Kadaga: aide injured

Folks;

 

This piece is frightening in several ways;

 

1. Who would have targeted Speaker Kadaga in this letter bomb attack?

 

2. Why does the government still allow mail correspondences of such a senior government official to be routed through public postal service?

 

I would have expected Uganda's police and intelligence to have developed a better mechanism to handle letters and parcels addressed for MPs and Ministers. Keeping these correspondences through P.O. Box system is plain stupid.
