{UAH} Mr.Muluubya: Anti Homosexuality Bill

I will only believe that when it actually happens. The facts around homosexuality and genes are all over the Internet, and the conclusion from all experts is that it's not something one is born with. So, I find it hard to believe that our president wasn't aware of this. The donors mean more to him than what Ugandans actually want.

By the way, I had an interview with a foreign policy magazine a couple of weeks ago ,and most of the questions seemed to be around the issue of homosexuality and how Muslims are non Muslims in Uganda are cooperating to ensure that the current bill becomes a law.

It seems this issue of homosexuality is such a big deal to the donors and they see Uganda as their front to fight homophobia in Africa.
