Folks;
Was the devlolution too hastened for the good of the nation? Obviously, this Speaker is as crooked as they come, but how did voters totally miss his tell-tale signs during the elections?
Methinks, the devolution has only replicated, in the county level, the thieving that goes on at the national level. The wanjikus still don't have the right government.
