I think you have got your priorities wrong. There is no point calling for fair election when the opposition is in tartars. What you guys need to call first and foremost is unity among opposition in order to form a coalition. There is no way the NRM would great a leveled plane field. Its therefore up to the opposition to unite not only themselves but Ugandans against the fleecing system.

This is what UFA will be calling sometime soon when the executives agree on the terms and timetable. A fair election on its own is not enough but the freedom to conduct campaigns, freedom to gather and freedom of speech are key to achieving a free and fairer election. The obsession with mere process is in it's self flawed.
