Commenting on this very forum on a set on new electoral reform
proposals raised by (some) opposition groups, he, unforgettably,
quipped:
".............to me the oppositions seem to act like a spoiled child.
Perhaps the impact of babysitting too long.
They seem to have developed a believe that Ugandan shall vote them in
because they are opposition parties. No demand.., nothing!"
Hope they won't say he abused them as usually they do!
