Scene of the murder of Denis Ocepa and wife at mortuary
1.Wife of Ocepa Denis a man shot dead by patrol in Lira towm coming out of the mortuary

The police should exercise restraint despite recent insecurity in Lira. A group of 10 Baganda men working for a relative was locked up in the police station simply because they were many and speaking Luganda Improving security requires common sense not high-handedness. My deepest condolences to the Ocepa family.
