{UAH} Social Capital Ventures

Uhuru Kenyatta has added agency to the East African region with his desire for mega projects. Think of another Kagame, Uhuru in South Sudan, Congo and Somalia!

There is a new impetus in this region.

Ugandans outside should consider social capital ventures in their regions. Going by what is taking place in the East African region especially Kenya, Congo and Tanzania but even South Sudan and Rwanda. I believe the generation of East Africans outside villages with formal institutional education is increasingly creating change in many social and economic fields.Informally educated African are ever decreasing in number.

 

All in all, in the next twenty years is going to create a different social structure than what we have had so far. The economic impact will be enormous since satellite and mobile communications modes is bringing the world nearer to the mass even in the remotest villages of Africa. The African village is not so much a village as we know it.
