  Above: Thapelo Chilwani.Lesley: How old is Chilwani? 12? Not only am I bothered by a cutesy ballerina dress on a grown woman, but why are the shoes two sizes too big? This is painful on the eye and shameful.Paledi: Grown ups dressing like nine-year-olds sounds like a costume party. We’ve seen this look a lot in the 90s to late 2000s inspired by Sarah Jessica Parker in Sex And The City and still I say tutu dresses belong in ballet classes.
