A reliable source in Ouagadougou is telling us that the rioters in Kiev have taken over the president’s office and  home. Viktor Yanukovych has left the capital and headed into the Russian speaking Eastern part of Ukraine. The source also clarifies that this movement of the president should not be regarded by any one as abandoning power.
