We are being informed that the Argo director Ben Affleck is going to testify to Congress about the unrest in The Democratic Republic of Congo. Ben has been a very advocate on DRC issues for some time. He is going to testify next Wednesday 24th 2014 to a panel aimed at ending the very continuous violence and civil war in DRC. On record Affleck has already testify about DRC before the house of armed services committee in 2012 and spoke in front of a house foreign relations panel on Africa, Global Health and Human Rights in 2011.
He has started several organizations due to the DRC concern.
