Ever a benevolent critic of Raila's, Philip Ochieng admonishes Luo elites who still want to hog most ODM national seats.

 

As I said the other day, Raila has removed the training wheels for Luo ODM officials and dared them to peddle the bike on their own.

 

I wonder where WBK read "dictator" here!
