I must thank Kashambuzi for calling Robukui's bluff. For a long time Robukui has, on this forum tried to communicate in codes, that I am sure non of the forum members are familiar with. It is a known fact that as a communicator,if your recipients don't understand your message then you have failed. He tries to be mysterious and sophisticated but in actual fact ends up duping the very people he is trying to inform or "educate". I don't understand why any one with an important message for members on this forum would post undecipherable messages,even if those messages are  sometimes wanting. What I have observed is that when Robukui writes in prose it is when he is quoting other people's experiences in the "bush" or reporting verbatim other peoples views with regard to the government. Robukui could be an intelligent person,for all I care,but let him/her decode his messages (because not all of us a privy to his codified ways of communication).
