I wonder how much prior diggings the EU, NATO and USA intelligence agencies did in Ukraina.

Perhaps they were misguided by Eu foreign ministers and so called observers?

Now they talk of extremists, fascists, nazists here and there and the mighty mite of the CIA etc could not detect that in advance?
