Block 'MDaemon@mail.capitalfm-ug.com' in Hotmail
- Select Options | More options... from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar.
- Follow the Safe and blocked senders link under Preventing junk email.
- Now click Blocked senders.
- Type the undesired email address under Blocked email address or domain:i.e. MDaemon@mail.capitalfm-ug.com
- Click Add to list .
2. Block a ‘MDaemon@mail.capitalfm-ug.com ‘ in Yahoo! Mail
To have Yahoo! Mail delete all mail from a particular address automatically:
- Hover the mouse cursor over the settings gear in Yahoo! Mail or click that gear.
- Select Options | Mail Options… from the pull-down menu that has appeared.
- Open the Blocked Addresses category under Advanced Options.
- Type the unwanted email address under Add an address, which is: MDaemon@mail.capitalfm-ug.com
- Click +.
Your updated list of blocked senders will be saved automatically.
Block a Sender in Yahoo! Mail Classic
To add an email address to the list of blocked senders in Yahoo! Mail Classic:
- Follow the Mail Options link in the top navigation bar.
- Select Block Addresses, which you can find under Management.
- Enter the email address you want to be blocked under Add Block:MDaemon@mail.capitalfm-ug.com
- Select Add Block.
- Select Yes to set the block.
3. BLOCK IT IN GMAIL
To have Gmail send messages from a specific sender to the Trash automatically:
1.Click the Show search options triangle in the Gmail search field. CLICK ‘Filter messages like this’.
2. Type the desired email address under ‘From’:'MDaemon@mail.capitalfm-ug.com'
3.Click ‘Create filter’ with this search.
4. Make sure ‘Delete’ is checked under ‘When a message arrives that
matches this search’.
6. Click ‘Create filter’.
7. Check ‘Also apply filter to __ matching conversations to delete
previously received messages’.
