The Minister for the Presidency, Frank Tumwebaze, has made the work of
the appointing authority easy in case of a reshuffle. He was one
recent appointee who hit the patch running. His eventful tenure at
KCCA proves him as a possible Cabinet public relations man.
The Information docket wouldn't be so far away from his "cans".
Featuring on NTV's Fourth Estate programme hiked his chances for his
first cabinet appointment. He used to singly put off radical pundits
in the studio, leaving them arguing in generalities.
Elsewhere, a poll conducted returned Tumwebaze as one of the "most
loathed" government functionaries.
