{UAH} NRM 'DONATES' FIVE PARLIAMENTARY SEATS

Gentlemen and ladies,

As you may be aware, four MPs have been jettisoned from the House
after their mother party, NRM, discharged of the duty to call them
their own-over disciplinary differences. Latest is that the E.C has
been notified of the vacancies. The departed MPs are Theodore
Ssekikubo (Lwemiyaga), Mohamed Nsereko (Kampala Central), Wilfred
Niwagaba (Ndorwa East) and Barnabas Tinkasiimire (Buyaga West).

Then there is Tony Kipoi (Bubulo West), kicked out over absenteeism,
also from NRM. This is what they call "swallowing the pin" by the
ruling party. To lose five seats knowingly is a twist in political
psyche, though it's probable to recoup them. The bet is on Lwemiyaga,
Buyaga, Kampala Central and Bubulo.

Unfortunately, those who need the seats most are as yet busy in
offside romps. Then when the vote is done, they will say "rig,
rigging, rag, ragged, rugged, batubbye!" Bababbeko kaki?
