Presidential Adviser Mushanga passes: The Presidential Adviser on Foreign Affairs, Musa Mwene Mushanga, is dead. He died of hypertension at Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital on Wednesday night. The renowned scholar will be buried tomorrow in Kagango Sub-county, Sheema District. Mushanga is known for promoting education by challenging parents to take their children to school
