{UAH} What Bunyoro-Kitara must get as compensation.

Dear All

The only fair start on addressing the injustices Anglo-Ganda colonial forces imposed on Bunyoro-Kitara since their invasion in 1890-1900 is to start by tarmacking all roads in our kingdom so that the ordinary Munyoro can begin marketing their produce. We have plenty of  food crops rotting in our villages and people are swimming in poverty yet if we had good roads we could market our produce and get out o this abysmal poverty.

Then schools, at all levels should be built and equipped with books, especially those promoting our mother tongue Runyoro-Rutooro.

The petroleum industry subjects should be taught as a required subject to every Munyoro so that our people are not ignorant of the wealth in their midst.

There should be legislation to make every Muyoro to produce something, cash crops, to sell to the increasing population as a result of the oil industry in the kingdom. One should be prosecuted if he/she did not produce something to sell.

Agricultural Department must step up the promotion of producing cash crops like coffee, cotton, maize,ground nuts, beans, and markets must be assured so that farmers do not waste their energy for nothing.
 

A DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR BUNYORO-KITARA WITH FUNDS GOT FROM OIL PRODUCTION MUST BE SET UP TO ASSIST THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF BUNYORO-KITARA/

Yes,a Development Fund for Bunyoro-Kitara, with money from oil production must be set.etc.
