{UAH} Why Lukwago Is Unfit_Lukwago ordered out of office

Excuse me, but is this how a government official office should look like?  What is Mutebi picture doing in this office?

Reports from court of appeal indicate that single judge, Justice Steven Kavuma has over turned the Friday ruling by Justice Lydia Mugambe, hence restraining Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago from assuming office.

The ruling was given behind closed doors with the press barred from entry amid heavy armed police deployment and Lukwago's side not represented.

Lukwago resumed duties today after a short prayer from a sheikh and a press briefing in which he called upon all members to forget the past and work together. As it seems, the past can not be forgotten as yet.

The session is still on going and more details will come shortly.
