{UAH} Will it be Mr President or your Royal Highness this far in the game
I can't wait for the Monarchies to start coming out to levy charges among other legitimate complaints- about the hybrid nature of Uganda's current Presidency- where Presidential term limits have been completely ignored; putting the recipient President M7, in direct competition with the Kings in their own regions.
They were all under the impression -with all the curtails endured -that the Person of the President was going to have influence in their regions for at most two terms- but now he's become a lifer on the seat usurping their diminished power as well.
Who would blame them at this time, after witnessing a King being made and their political ambitions and power diminished to Titular heads in the last 27 years. If you were in their shoes wouldn't you want to know whether, he is a President or a King!
At some point in time he would have to declare his intentions, but after the recent Kyankwanzi endorsement in support of life Presidency- it has become a very fuzzy affair warranting further questioning. I bet he would be just as curios if the shoe was on the other foot and all these monarchies got involved in the daily politics of the nation.
What was the hullabaloo regarding monarchies and the quick law to bar them from political involvement all about - if the playing field was not going to be evened?
How do you hamstring entire institutions of governance that have been in the game of running people's business for hundreds of years -and ask them to rely on a system which is barely 60 years old that has many fatal failures including your own pitfalls of refusal to relinquish power?

"To ask a dictator to implement democratic measures after 30 years in power is an oxymoron"
