Warning
"Since sickness is not called for and being the first time to seek an adjournment at the beginning of the hearing, court will adjourn the matter to May 12," Ms Langa ruled.
"However prosecution is warned that if they do not proceed next time, this court will be left with no option but to dismiss the case," she added.
But Mr Kazinda's lawyers objected, saying they were ready for the trial.
