Lawyers help me out here: don't someone need a court order to tape a private conversation in Uganda?

When did Hon.Nantaba Aidah become a "Nakassi"? What names was she using at A levels and MAKERERE university? This guy Kasirivu who is recorded in an audio with Gen.KK may be spoiling our girl's "name". 

Was Nantaba or "Nakassi" really an FDC Before joining NRM? 

Iam continually shocked and appalled at the details people voluntarily give about themselves and others to people they have met for the first time. I don't think trust is earned by the way this guy, Kasirivu, and his mate were revealing stuff about others to the police chief.
