{UAH} H.E WRONG ON LATIF

President Museveni was quoted naming Kawempe North MP, Latif
Ssebaggala among '''dangerous" politicians in Kampala. I think H.E
made a wrong assessment. Latif is a reasonable politician. He is just
a normal player in opposition ranks and doesn't engage in "see me"
confrontation. He also loves his religion for which he always vouches
optimum representation.

Uganda needs more of Latif\s calibre like Kyanjo and Ruhindi.
