{UAH} Most Toilets at Kampala police station don't work

This is called the Kampala Central Police station housing the Kampala Metropolitan Police Command but the toilet systems dont function.the toilets are probably deliberately turned off to encourage all officers to go out and catch the criminals and as a reward or incentive, also to be able to then use the outside or even the criminals toilet facilities.



Near this PS,opposite there is big park where for every Sunday people used to gather.Now that park is a no go area. Police has since cordoned off that area which was called the Constititional square just below the High Court.
