{UAH} Mr. Nekyon: Kenya to register afresh all Kenyans

If the registration is done properly without corruption it could be the start of some order in immigration. Incidentally, Uganda has embarked on a national ID registration project today.  The big question is whether it will only register bona fide Ugandans? I doubt it so as they say if the program is not proper from the beginning, the rest will not matter or it cannot be fixed in future without breaking it.  That is why Kenya has opted to do it all over again. But Ugandan officials are just as corrupt so not much hope.  So the national ID ay simply legitimize illegal immigrants in Uganda by giving them kipande.
